I Ain't Been Shot, Mum

Out of stock.
  • Description
Company level WW2 miniatures rules. Intended to allow action between infantry companies, with perhaps some armor in support. Uses a novel card system to determine who moves. Each platoon has a card, leaders get a card, and then there are cards for 'national differences' such as 'Out of Gas' for the Germans in 1944. The novel bit is the 'Tea Break' card, which ends the turn. So some units may not get to move each turn. Since officers can activate units, careful placement of your leaders increases the chances of your key units moving. Also has a remarkably usable hidden movement system, that actually works! All in all the game is geared towards simulating the 'friction' found in modern combat, and does it very well. - BoardGameGeek
